Product Description

   

 Bronce & Brass Ball Valve NPT
series two-piece inline ball valve is made of bronze and has a latch-lock lever handle and female National Pipe Taper (NPT) threaded connections on both ends. This valve is made of bronze for higher strength and corrosion resistance than brass and has a zinc-plated steel, latch-lock lever handle with a vinyl sleeve for manual on/off control. The maximum pressure is 600 pounds per square inch (gauge) (psig) for use with water, oil, and gas (WOG) and 150 for saturated steam. The valve is inline for connecting two pipes going in the same direction and has NPT threads on both ends for creating tighter seals than straight threads. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) reinforced seats and seals reduce the risk of valve leakage. This ball valve is standard (or reduced or regular) port for reduced valve size and cost and has a working temperature range of 0 - 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This valve is for use in water lines, processing plants, and agricultural applications and meets standard MSS SP-110 for quality assurance.

1.  Emergency Exhausting Design 
When the tanker truck is in high temperature condition, the manhole will automatically exhaust  the air inside to release the 
pressure, ensuring the safety of the tanker.

When there is pressure differences inside and outside the tanker, it will automatically inlet or exhaustair to adjust the pressure so that it can ensure 
the safety and environmental preotection.

3. Secondary Open Design
When open the up binder plate, it will release the pressure out to prevent the workers from pushing  over.

4.  Blinding Holes Design
In the main plate of the Manhole, there are three blinding holes can be installed with Vapor Vent Valve,Optic Sensor, DIP Tube orexernal Vacuum 
Valve according to the user's demand.
